DELIVERY
We offer delivery services within Metro Manila and select provinces across the Philippines. For customers unsure about delivery availability, please contact us directly for assistance.
COST AND DELIVERY TIMES
Our shipping costs are estimated during checkout and are based on the quantity of your purchase and delivery location. Standard delivery times are typically 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 7-15 business days for areas outside Metro Manila.
Upon placing an order, clients will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details and a receipt to track the status of their delivery.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
For any issues with damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, kindly provide photos of the damaged or defective items for our review. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, in the event that you receive incorrect or damaged items, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
